We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. This policy outlines the conditions under which you can return an item and receive a refund.

• We only accept returns for unused items in their original packaging.
• You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Items not eligible for return:

• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

• Any item that is returned more than 7 days after the date of delivery.
• Any item that is marked as "Final Sale" on the product page.

Return Process:

• To initiate a return, please contact us at info@waynejacksongaming.co.uk with your order number and the reason for your return.
• We will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to return the item. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets the conditions outlined above, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Refunds:

• We will only refund the cost of the returned item(s).
• Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
• Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
